received horrible care. I went to office with paperwork from my job. Was requiring return to work and documentation to document medical release information for a stroke this was a requirement of Staffmark on Behalf of Csat Solutions. I was told I cursed which was by no means intentional if slipped. No clue. TIA STROKE.
