I paid for my service through groupon.. And I have been trying to set up an appt for weeks and no one answers the phone.. when they did the girl hung up on me when i asked if i had called the spa because she answered the phone like she was at home.. I went to the shop and the shop was closed during business hours. They are extremely unprofessional and i wish i could get my money back.
Bad customer service, unfortunately I can not leave a review for the work as It was incredibly hard to contact them for an appointment. Once I did my family [kids and myself] got sick.At this point I was told I would have to pay 10$ to reschedule . Also when I scheduled the first time was told it's 3 extra dollars to have gel polish removed and to bring your own flip flops because they charge for those too.The person on the phone struck me as rude.I bought a groupon,which I will be turning in.Think twice!
