The massage was good. However, my insurance (RBC) does not cover any claims from this location, and they said that spa Zen is aware of this. However, the spa did not mention to this prior to my massage, and I asked the question when I took the appointment and I mentioned my insurance when I went in for the appointment.
First time getting a message and it was amazing.
Anh was great and very attentive to details. Always making sure i was comfortable. I would not hesitate to go back and definitely recommend to my friends and family 😊
