Just left after having a reflexology massage. Claudia is an expert at this. Can't say enough good things! I felt like jelly when I left. Very very relaxing! Going back!
I love Bhavana. She's the best without having to go to Metairie. Don't go if an older lady is there. She was terrible lol. But shes only there when Bhavana is out of town.
I got a pretty good brow threading here but the technician was very abrupt and did not ask me anything about how I wanted them done, she just told me to sit down and started threading without explaining anything (I had never gotten eyebrow threading before). It was very stressful and I wasn’t sure I liked how they came out. They were not super neat and she made them much less arched that I would have preferred.
I went in to have a microdermabrasion facial and the older lady that did the facial had no clue what she was doing. It was hands down the worst facial I’ve ever had and I’m no stranger to microderms. I had sand from the machine all over my face and in my mouth, the actual microderm lasted 5 minutes tops which isn’t thorough enough to make any difference. I had a facial and it was a horrible experience. There is no intake form, they didn't even check my skin before starting, nor ask me if I had allergies, sensitive skin etc. The lady started with a rough scrub that irritated my skin to the point that it felt like torture and after 20 minutes I just wanted to leave. The linings were dirty and the whole room looked cluttered, certainly not a relaxing experience. I don't recommend this spa if you are looking for a professional to take care of your skin
