Before writing this review, I contacted the spa to rectify the situation privately. I was promised a call back by end of day yesterday, they close at 7 PM and at 6:45 PM I did not get anything, so I followed up, and Grace informed that I'd receive a call by the afternoon the next day after she speaks with the spa director. I’ve had quite a few massages there and they have all been good. But yesterday's massage was thee best. Will definitely ask for Nazalie the next time I go.
I had such a great experience at this SPA! It was mine and my girlfriend’s first time and we were pampered and spoiled the entire time. The massage was the best I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to come back again. I definitely recommend this pace and give it 5 stars!
