Mark was a great help, with answering all our questions.The 13 year old had lots.Kept us up today with emails and text .On time line for delivery of spa. And followed up after we received spa.We love our swim Spa and using it most days. Would very much recommend going to see Mark.

We called in to Spa World at North Lakes to look at buying a spa to help with pain relief for both my husband and myself. We were greeted by Peter who recommended and explained all the benefits of the Vortex Neon spa to us at a very reasonable price, and we decided there and then this was the spa for us! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the service Peter the store manager gave to us was outstanding. We've been thinking about a spa for a while and after we built our new house it was time to decide. I did a lot of Googling but that process was very overwhelming and thought it's time to visit a showroom and so glad we did.
