This was our first experience buying a spa, so Lilly was very helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with additional information to assist us in purchasing the right spa to suit our needs. After a bit of back-and-forth we were also able to organise a great deal. The follow-up communication, from Spa World, the delivery company, and their recommended crane company, allowed the arrival of our new spa to go very smoothly as well. Now all we have to do is get it connected up by our electrician, and start using it!
