I would like to say that the customer service experience was outstanding. Kelly was very knowledgeable and curtious.David was a pleasure in helping us select the perfect tub for our use and comfort. We picked the Santa Cruz model for yard size and feasibility. Delivery and set up was smooth sailing without incident. If you like great customer service and great pricing Spa World is the place to go.
The salesman was great, explained how the order process worked, helped us choose model and color, was very nice. Helped us spreading out the 20% down for a couple of days. Then it started, the downhill spiral. Customer service doesn't exist. They require payment in full, no checks accepted, prior to scheduling delivery. No ands, ifs, or buts.
