Tried calling to order a spa through this company, sales team put me onto steve from Adelaide, apparently as they put me through to his mobile phone it was annoying and a inconvenience that I was calling him to possibly order a spa as there were also other customers. They will definitely not be getting my business.
Purchased a sauna today, perfect sales and service and a quality product. Sauna in stock and delivery and installation within 2 weeks.

Went in to look at spas i prefer marble finish was told ny old broke back salesman he would not sell me one as I could slip and become broke back. As I walked away from broke back he said im trying to talk to you and you keep walking away why would I stay if he wasn't going to sell me a product I wanted and im not being rude by calling him broke back but that's all he kept saying broke back you don't want broke back wont sell must buy non slip so thete goes your sale I deposited money at another spa shop today who sold me a ... read more
