Came into the Adelaide store over the weekend and met with both Tom and Steve after receiving my Vortex Nitro last week. Their dedication on customer service was impeccable with answering all my calls even outside work hours. The best retail experience I have had in a long time! Couldn't recommend them more.
We shopped around both online and in store & Spa World Adelaide was by far the best for price, quality & customer service. Steve was very knowledgable about both saunas & spas with an honest down to earth way about him that gave us confidence to purchase a sauna from them. Next week we are going back to order a spa. We’re so glad we chose this spa. We were a little unsure at first because our backyard is quite small, but it has actually complemented the space beautifully and looks amazing both in the yard and when viewed from inside the house. One of the biggest surprises has been how much we use it during winter. Because it’s a smaller spa, it’s affordable to heat and maintain, so we don’t hesitate to jump in regularly. Got the nitro hydrotherapy spa and couldn't be happier, Tom was a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend the spa and the service.
Tried calling to order a spa through this company, sales team put me onto steve from Adelaide, apparently as they put me through to his mobile phone it was annoying and a inconvenience that I was calling him to possibly order a spa as there were also other customers. They will definitely not be getting my business.
