Ordered Spa, paid deposit, was told spa had arrived in Australia and then they couldn't be contacted for weeks. Drive up there to find an empty shop!
Really bad after sales service. 8 months and still not fixed. 4 to 6 weeks between coming out. Promised a few times to come not shown up. Doors now shut for some time. Left with no warranty repairs.
Thank you very much Spa World. Can't wait to get in the new Jordy Spa. The service was terrific and the modifications done to the spa to suit our needs is fabulous. The friendly helpful staff have made the experience of purchasing a new spa easy and enjoyable. Thank you everyone at Spa World.
