I have a very old but dependable Dimension One Spa, that was having a motor issue. I called Kari, sent him some photos and made an appointment with him the next day to fix the problem. He arrived right on time, brought the correct part I needed and fixed the problem in one hour, which was his estimate for the labor involved. Great service, very knowledgeable and dependable man.
I used Kari a few years back to do a repair and was very pleased with his service, reasonable pricing and friendly no pressure approach. We just had Kari out again last month and he again did a great job. I highly recommend Kari. I do not recommend Costco hot tubs.
I have a Calspa II hot tub. My trouble started in Nov. 2013 with a small drip in one of the pumps. Our pool/spa guy told me he would have to remove the pump and take it out so he could replace the seal inside. He suggested to take the second pump out too because they were about the same age and would soon leak too. I thought it was a small seal replacement job, it turned out to be a really big job because I ended up replacing 2 "New" pumps. Trevor C. 10-23-14. I have an LA Spa that was having an electrical problem. I called Kari at Spa Works Repair in Pleasant Hill Ca. He was very knowledgeable on all types of spas. I made an appointment and Kari came out with a new control panel and mother board and replaced both within a couple hours. I highly recommend Kari from Spa Works Repair. He was great and had my spa up and running perfect. I sat in it that night. Very professional fair price and great service.
I have an older Hotsprings Spa that was in need of repair. I checked out the web and found Spa Works Repair. I called them and the owner Kari answered my call on the second ring! I explained what was happening, or in this case, not happening! The jets stopped working. Kari thought it was probably the motor but said he would need to come out and confirm.
