Absolutely the worst. I bought a gift card from them. It said bonus gift card of $50 for $100 spent. So, I had planned a spa weekend for 3 of us. My 1 daughter purchased her gift card. My other daughter asked me to purchase hers. So I did. I purchased $200. I received 1- $50 gift card. When I called to explain what had happened, they bent over backwards NOT to help me. If there was a 0 Star i would had giving it. I bought 1 spa card by accident not realizing that i ended up buying 4 for 200 dollars. i didnt even see the final amount before purchasing and know when i saw the mistake..i called them right away just to find out that they are closed on the weekend. called them back on monday and they gave me the run aaround stating is final sale and they cant do anything about it. they stated that they will review just to find out that are just following their policies which i dotn udnerstand i... read more

Have $200 worth of gift cards. The website is horrendous. Half the spas on the site don't even accept the gift cards. You search for a place in a given area and a handful of the results aren't even remotely close and in different states all together. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
