I did my research online and found Dr. Saltz's website and reviews. I called his office and was kindly scheduled for a consultation by Jeanne who is always pleasant. I received a package from his office with information about the procedure, his staff, and his credentials. His office provides First Class Service! This place has a so called master estetician who did my makeup. She is far from professional. She didn't even place any type of mascara on me (I went there without any makeup) and I had to ask her about a bronzer. Then I bought some of their makup line and one product I was not happy with. Instead of wanting to keep my business they said absolutely no returns. Even Nordstroms returns makeup if you aren't happy! Not the type of business I will be going back to. They are HORRIBLE!
Lymphatic Massge-a must! – I came from out of state to have surgery and was introduced to Spa Vitoria for lymphatic massage after surgery. What a wonderful experience this was - and boy did it help with my recovery. I can't wait to visit Utah again and experience some of the other services Spa Vitoria offers. I'm sure they will be just as awesome as my massage was! I sure wish your spa was in my neighborhood...everyone in SLC is so lucky to have Spa Vitoria in their backyard!!
Great Results and Great Treatments! – I have been to Spa Vitoria several times and have had treatments ranging from laser hair removal to massage. Not only can I have relaxing treatments at Spa Vitoria I can have treatments that have given me great results. I no longer have brown spots on my face because of the IPL treatments and most of my "un-wanted" hair is now gone thanks to the laser hair removal. Spa Vitoria always is willing to work around my crazy schedule and the staff is so friendly.
Wonderful treatments, talented and educated staff & open late during the week! – I received a Spa Finder gift certificate from a friend and chose to go to Spa Vitoria for a facial. I am now a "regular" at this wonderful medical spa. I have been doing laser hair removal on my underarms & legs and am now doing the IPL laser treatments to get rid of the ugly age spots on my face. Best Laser Hair Removal / Skin Care – I have been going to Spa Vitoria for almost a year for laser hair removal and have always had a great experience. I tried another place before and their treatments just didn't work as well. Now my underarm hair is completely gone and I want to do my bikini line next. And my husband and I use the skin medica stuff they sell there which is the best for acne/breakouts. The way I see it, if you are spending the money, you want to see results, and I have.
Terrible experience – I booked a massage and facial as a birthday gift for my mom. I gave them my credit card information over the phone for them to charge. When my mom arrived they asked her to pay, and she did and spent the entire time worrying about not having the money to pay for it. It ruined her entire birthday. She would not let my dad take her out, because she thought she had to pay for this service. When I called and spoke with a manager, all they said was, "Sorry, people make mistakes."
