I booked an appointment it was accepted I show up to the appointment in then I get a text message that my appointment was cancelled the young lady would not answer the phone I called no answer. Nor did she give a common courtesy call to tell me she cancelled the appointment my time is valuable also

I had an amazing experience with Kristen at Spa Valkyrie. She was on time, extremely experienced in skin care and an obvious expert at facials. I will go back at least once a month as her prices are extremely fair and products are of the highest quality. I especially liked the extra hand and neck massage during the facial. 5 stars all the way!
