Cannot recommend enough, amazing customer service and I had a great weekend with the hot tub, everything was explained to me and it was really easy to use, everyone enjoyed using it from a little night in with my friends to a 3 year old spending Sunday playing with his shark toys (because they can swim 😂). I would definitely use again. Even though the weather was awful it honestly made no difference, thanks for such a great service 😊

Our second time hiring a hot tub from Ben and Sam. Again, a totally professional and friendly service, and we had a lovely time with the tub. It’s such a great idea for a party - my 15 year old spent an evening with friends in and out of it, between pizzas and mocktails. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent experience using the hot tub. Very responsive with text messages annd updates regarding delivery and collection. Never used a hot tub before but the whole process was so easy. With a video that’s an easy watch, very easy to follow instruction sheet and a verbal handover of the hot tub. Easy to maintain for the week, easy to use and a pleasure to have. Will definitely recommend and will use again.

Hired a hot tub for a girly weekend! It was super easy and stress free from start to finish! I definitely recommend these guys, I will be hiring from them again in the future!
