What an awful experience. Karen, has the worst, I mean phenomenally bad attitude. It's truly sad. If my name was Karen (nowadays), I would be nicer, SMH. Karen is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She gives a great massage and pays so much attention yo your feet and the details...
Ummm where do I start?! I have never ever experienced a "pedicure " like this in my entire life! Karen has exceptional customer service and did not rush. She educated me and made me feel extremely relaxed. First hot stone massage and it was freaking amazing! I could never imagine going back to the average nail salon. Highly recommend!
For those who consider nail care part of their self care, look no further. Karen is warm, kind and a true master of her craft. She is knowledgeable about best practice in nail health and art. Being that she is the only person providing services onsite, you are given undivided attention to detail and comfort! It is amazing how a fresh set of nails can quickly boost your confidence and mood. I highly recommend Karen for your next manicure or pedicure!
