I have been a client of Karen's since 2018. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Not only does she focus on the esthetics of making your nails look good, but she is concerned with keeping everything healthy. With pedicures, she notices if there are other issues affecting your feet. She also uses disposable liners for the foot tub- so no worries about bacteria. Her nail room is always clean, cheerful and comfortable. No nail techs yelling over each other. Overall, a very pleasant experience at a very reasonable price.
Karen is the best! The room is beautiful and clean. She truly cares about your nail health. I personally need waterless pedicures and she takes her time and they are perfect every time.
Love coming to see Karen because she is detail oriented, she runs a clean business, and she does a great job! The ibx nail treatment has really helped my nails grow and get stronger - less chipping, splitting, and constantly messing with my nails because of rough or uneven edges. I also love her pedicures! Highly recommend everything here.
Terrible experience. She was rude, forgot we discussed gel polish, got upset because she said she wasn't set up for gel polish even though it took 2 seconds, the hot stones weren't even hot, I told her my back hurt cause I couldn't straighten my leg so she complained that it would hurt her back even though Im the one paying for the experience. I have been going to Karen for over 2 years. She has never been rude or unkind and is always professional to me. I am sorry that someone has spoken unkindly about her. I would recommend her as a professional nail technician in Maitland Fl.
