Terrible experience. She was rude, forgot we discussed gel polish, got upset because she said she wasn't set up for gel polish even though it took 2 seconds, the hot stones weren't even hot, I told her my back hurt cause I couldn't straighten my leg so she complained that it would hurt her back even though Im the one paying for the experience. I have been going to Karen for over 2 years. She has never been rude or unkind and is always professional to me. I am sorry that someone has spoken unkindly about her. I would recommend her as a professional nail technician in Maitland Fl.

Karen is so sweet! I found her through Groupon and have been going to her for years for manicures and pedicures. Karen is very knowledgeable and does not rush you for her next appointment. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable and friendly place, Spa Touch is the place to go!

The owner, Karen New, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She refused to honor my Groupon, tried to charge me extra, and wouldn’t work with me even when I offered to pay more to resolve the situation. Her disrespectful attitude made it clear she doesn’t value customers. I strongly warn others not to book with her.
