Karen is so sweet! I found her through Groupon and have been going to her for years for manicures and pedicures. Karen is very knowledgeable and does not rush you for her next appointment. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable and friendly place, Spa Touch is the place to go!
The owner, Karen New, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She refused to honor my Groupon, tried to charge me extra, and wouldn’t work with me even when I offered to pay more to resolve the situation. Her disrespectful attitude made it clear she doesn’t value customers. I strongly warn others not to book with her.
Love it my favorite spot! Henry did a great job and the rest of the staff as well. Super clean and organized 10/10 ✨🤌🏼
What an awful experience. Karen, has the worst, I mean phenomenally bad attitude. It's truly sad. If my name was Karen (nowadays), I would be nicer, SMH. I just phoned to make an appointment and she was just rude. I had a few people for her, but when they heard her, we all said no. She lost a lot of business a few days ago. Will never patronize her.
