Paid $40 for two people for a day pass just to use the sauna, steam room and shower. The ladies sauna was not even warm and steam room was old and had a rancid odor. In extremely poor repair. Would not have been quite as disappointed if it hadn’t cost so much money. The mens sauna was extremely dirty and I cut myself on a sharp tile edge in the ladies steam room, which smelled like mould. The girl working there was very polite, but very disappointed with the facilities.
Sarah at the front desk was incredibly warm, professional, and eager to help! Exceptional customer service!
Had alot of fun at the Spa playing racketball !!
