I needed to work out as I had a very stressful sedentary job, but did not want to walk right into a class and feeling lost and overwhelmed. I started working with Beth on an individual basis and she has been very helpful instructing me on how to properly do Pilate's and Yoga. I could see and feel the difference in my stamina and strength in no time. Best Spa! I like to have a healthy tan, so I like an airbrush tan. I have had them many times. I like Spa Therapy's tan because it not only gives me a glow and sheen, that I like from a tan, it is a vitamin and mineral treatment too
Best Massage! I have been to resort spas in Napa, Hawaii, and Mexico. Spa Therapy has the best services; the best massage I have ever experienced. I don't hand out empty compliments

Not so good... They have a nice place, clean. They are friendly with customers. Why one star, then? Because the oil the masseuse used on me had an 'unfortunate' smell, and indeed it was rancid. I use some massage oils myself at home and I know what they smell like when they become old. Also, my husband told me I stank of rancid as soon as he met me when I got home... As if the oil was not enough, the masseuse used a different product on my legs. I believe the product had some alcohol in it, because it stung on my legs, too. ... read more
Spa Therapy is not the only 'Wellness Spa' in the Yuba Sutter Area... I have seen numerous claims that Spa therapy is the best & the only 'Wellness Spa' in the Yuba-Sutter area I feel it is only fair that I share my experience. Excellent Massage! Spa Therapy is a great place to go for a massage or facial. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They are also knowledgable and specialize in many different techniques. The new facility is beautiful and a pleasure to visit! Highly recommended.
Great Place to Relax If you want to relax, go to Spa Therapy. They have the best masseus there and the prices are really reasonable. When you walk in the waiting room is already preparing you for the massage with a relaxing atmosphere.
