They were great when coming to look at the hot tub that came with the house we purchased and when coming to haul it away and that is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Unfortunately, when it came to picking up and delivering the new hot tub they were a no show/no call. We had them setup to be at the pickup location at 8am Saturday and it took leaving 3 voicemails each on both the office phone and the tech's mobile phone over a period of about 2 1/2 hours to get a call back.
