I got the Varietal 50 minute facial. I was waiting my 5 minutes before the treatment and they came out and got me. I went in and got on the table 4:05. I was in the locker room by 4:48. For a $220 facial, I feel like I should get my full time. Everything that was done felt great and my face after seemed great? But also long periods of time while she was getting things ready that I was just lying there. Facilities were good, but nothing special. Not for the money.
Terrible communication, the worst part of the resort.
Cindy did my arctic berry facial and it was the BEST facial ever (and I'm a facial girly!) Great explanation of products without too much talking, good pressure and attentiveness when massaging in each product, and very relaxing overall experience! Highly recommend!
