Really great experience overall. The spa was clean, relaxing, and had a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Mich was professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and never made the experience feel rushed. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend booking with Mich.
Pretty underwhelmed. The massage was fine but the spa itself was not impressive. Minimal amenities. Just a small jacuzzi. Steam room was closed. No sauna, no area to really sit and relax. Came with my husband and was disappointed.
Spa Terra at the Meritage Resort has a lot of potential, but my experience was ultimately frustrating. I tried to call ahead to pay in advance, which turned into an unnecessarily difficult process. After waiting on hold, the person who picked up immediately transferred me to a voicemail system without really attempting to understand what I needed. It felt dismissive and inefficient. I recently visited Spa Terra with two friends, and overall we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience especially our massages, which were excellent. Our goal was to have a peaceful, stress-free Sunday, and the massage portion definitely delivered. However, there were a few issues that impacted the rest of our visit.
