I had a deep tissue massage it was great, my only issues were the amenities, The jacuzzi wasn’t running most of the time & when it did it smelled like bleach, left my skin feeling itchy & There was mold in the showers & steam room walls ! , Also i had the displeasure of dealing with a very rude and unpleasant person over the phone , i can’t remember her nsme i think it was Sherry ! Otherwise i don’t think il ever come back!!
For the price it’s extremely lacking. No dry Sauna, and there’s no steam in the eucalyptus room. Basically a massage and a shower for about 7x the price you would pay at a much better spa.
Horrible customer service. I made my appointment over the phone the day before and was told we could use amenities until 6pm. The day that we arrived at the spa to check in they told us that they would actually be closing at 3:30 and we needed to leave by then. The girl at the front desk (i think her name was Reesa? with dark hair and long black eyeliner) was very rude. Phenomenal spa experience! The space is absolutely stunning, and the amenities are top-notch—from the gorgeous pool to the relaxing lounges. I had the best massage of my life here, starting with a warm welcome and a glass of champagne. The staff made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend checking it out—and keep an eye out for their specials, they often run great deals!
We (4 girls) did the Galentine‘s Day special and was very disappointed with our service. First, there was no face massage, it was just oil and a towel being put on our face. A couple of the girls didn’t even get the face massage or foot wrap. The therapists went way too fast while giving the massage. No technique, just fast rubbing.
