I haven’t had the chance to deal with this company but they were referred by pool and spa depot. It says on their web sight they get back to you in 15 minutes. I tried calling during normal business hours and got NO ANSWER two days in a row. I finally received a message back asking everything under the sun about the move I sent a copy of the dimensions that came from pool and spa depot explained exactly where it was to be moved and told them about the incline to get to the home it is located. 2 days later when I got a reply ... read more

Corey and Phillip were extremely helpful with getting my spa hot tub fixed! We have a cedar hot tub which is already difficult to find a tech that can clean and I went down the list of spa companies and was thrilled to land on this one. Kelly, the receptionist, got back to me right away and was very polite and kind over the phone/texts. She was keeping me updated with everything that was going on … time the techs would arrive, what things the tech said to buy, etc. Corey is so knowledgeable on pools/spas, I felt at ease know... read more
