This is not a store, just service out of his house. Somewhat deceiving. I am sure he does well with service, we were looking for a new spa.
I called Dale about a used Hot Tub that I was buying and Dale provided me with excellent information. He does not work on Hot Spring Hot Tubs but he took the time to make sure that I was going to do the right things to make sure that the Hot Tub will work for me! I have used Dale in the past on a Hot Tub and he did excellent work. I wish I could use him on this one, but unfortunately not. I highly recommend Dale!
Dale, is awesome. I have called and many times he solved my problems over the phone. Service calls have been timely, cost effective with no bull.
