Worst customer service ever. The lady who answers the phone is rude and condescending....will never do business with them again. She acts like she is doing you a favor rather than appreciate you as a customer.
BIGGEST MISTAKE PURCHASING HERE! Could write a big review about my experience with Spa-Tacular but I'll leave a 1 star rating and would recommend anyone looking for a spa to source other businesses. Pricing here is much higher than other places. The staff are rude especially the grey-haired older lady working front. I called a few times looking for some guidance about replacing my speakers, and salt system, all I got from her was we don't have any and it sounds like you have a leak from the corrosion around them. Always have what I need when I call or come through the door and this time was no exception - got my chemicals and filter while I waited for my turn and even talked with a couple about them getting their first hot tub. Highly recommend the place if you are new to the hot tub scene or just looking for the part to get you going again. They are my first call when I need advice - google be damned.
I've been a customer for 15 years or more. Great service and friendly folks. Prices are good and the staff is very knowledgeable.
