The heater in my hot tub failed. Negative temperatures are tomorrow. I went to Spatacular to obtain a replacement. I decided that I needed a whole heater for $425. Linda advised me that I may just need an element as and FYI. Turned out she was right I was able to rebuild my heater with a new element from Spatacular for $95. Not only did Linda save me $330 she also gave me helpful advice about the install saving me from mistakes I would have made without that advice. Terrible customer service from a business I once saw as reputable and offered great customer service. When you make a large purchase such as this you expect to have the odd issue pop up. I am not sure what to say as of late though. A water heater that last less than 30 days and you want customers to pay for a replacement? Blames customer even though it sat for a week waiting to be looked at. A tub left empty after said replacement for the summer months than gets filled and the "new" heater does not even cycle on? Terrible customer service and warranty. It just seems like you have to pay pay pay. not looking forward to a 3 year old tub having issues already.
Would never do business with these people. Bad vibes big time.
