Terrible customer service from a business I once saw as reputable and offered great customer service. When you make a large purchase such as this you expect to have the odd issue pop up. I am not sure what to say as of late though. A water heater that last less than 30 days and you want customers to pay for a replacement? Blames customer even though it sat for a week waiting to be looked at. A tub left empty after said replacement for the summer months than gets filled and the "new" heater does not even cycle on? Terrible customer service and warranty. It just seems like you have to pay pay pay. not looking forward to a 3 year old tub having issues already.

Worst customer service ever. The lady who answers the phone is rude and condescending....will never do business with them again. She acts like she is doing you a favor rather than appreciate you as a customer.
