I came to Ruth for my first massage and told her of my neck, shoulder, and back pain that had been leading to migraines for me lately, but also that I was pretty nervous about the experience. My massage with Ruth was fantastic! She is so professional and gave great communication on what to expect and how to express if I needed anything done differently during our massage. I usually have back and neck pain from sitting at a desk all day, and I’ve been feeling great ever since our appointment. She was even able to give me some tips to help with my TMJ issues. I will definitely be going to Ruth moving forward as i felt it was a much better experience than i’ve had at the big name spas.
