Ordered a cover on the 19th of Dec 2017, it's not 19th of Feb 2018, and still no cover! have paid sent measurements over and over 6 times, and sent numerous emails, and got no response, try calling and get a voicemail service. No one returns my calls.

We purchased a part from them that we were told, by them, would be compatible with the spa. Upon installation, it was found the part was completely incompatible. We are still yet to find a resolution, as they will not allow us to return the part for a refund, despite the issue being their fault. They have stopped emailing us, the last three emails we sent have not been replied to. Very poor way to run a business.
Do not shop here!!! Thanks for the previous reviews! I have emailed Mel and co with measurements and promises they will get back to me? 3 weeks now? after reading the reviews, disappointing! ....as I wont be another victim of getting robbed and no spa cover delivered. Please be careful?? Sounds like a very suspicious unreliable unprofessional business!!!
Communication at first seemed to be functional, however after payment processing was complete the product arrived late and incomplete . Accusations made through false call logging only made apparent by my requesting fufllment of entire order . And almost 7 weeks later I still have an incomplete order and no refund. Would not recommend on service satisfaction .
