Two of my nails came off after 5 days and they wanted me to pay to replenish themselves
My nail technician, Anna, was phenomenal! I wear boots daily in my job & I’m on my feet and walking a lot. Anna has my feet feeling fantastic!
Absolutely love this place! Millions of colors to choose from, staff is friendly and very good at what they do, any design or type of nail is available. There's nothing they can't do. Even 3D nail designs! If you're looking for cheap, you won't get it here. They are moderately priced in between cheap and expensive. But it's worth every penny. They have a points system where you can earn discounts for repeat visits. I like that they value and reward loyal customers.
#3 is very rude. She upset my entire day that was going well, all because I kindly asked her to fix one nail rhat she messed up. I refuse to pay my money to be mistreated and talked about right in my face. If you are looking for a peaceful, pleasant experience where your nails are done right, and the nail tech is not rude I would advise you to go somewhere else.
