We purchased a “refurbished” spa from this place, and it turned out it wasn’t refurbished at all it was broken spa they put back into operation with 12 year old parts and sold to me at a huge premium under the pretence that it was refurbished like new. It broke a month after we purchased it, had a series of error codes and wouldn’t work properly for almost the entire year after purchase. Pas vraiment un bon service.
Services inexistant !!!! Depuis fin juin j’ai une fuites d eau a partir du jours un de mon acquisition mais a cause des vacances de constructions personne dispo je peux comprendre mais depuis plusieurs appel et personne qui viens !!!! Manque de sérieux !! Depuis un pompe es briser et même la le disjoncteur arrête pas de sauter je ne peux pas m’en servir depusi 2 mois et je l’ai depusi fin juin imaginer la déception et le pire c’est que j’avais lu quelque mauvais avis et j’ai douter mais j’ai fini par céder et acheter pareil ... read more
