I had a very good experience with spa squad. Returned my phone call and gave me the help I needed. Very knowledgeable of hot tubs. I would definitely recommend others to use them
Worst company do not work with. The guy is a jerk and thee worst customer service don’t waste your time. Apparently don’t want customers and don’t want to work. Not sure how they have a business!
Used this guy for about a year and a half and it started okay in terms of the service but anytime I needed to reach out about something it was the worst and only got worse. Customer service was terrible and he is very rude. Legit argued with him when I wanted to actually replace my hot tub and he turned down a sale for a new or used hot tub. Basically did not want a 16-20k sale. I ended buying a new one from A-pro spas in Lindstrom. Just watch out for this guy being an ass.
