My husband and I have been loyal customers for 2–3 years, but today was very disappointing. We made an appointment and arrived on time, only to walk into a place that felt like a sauna; Their AC was broken on a 90°+ day and they did no inform us ahead of time. Even then, we were asked to wait and were taken in about 10–15 minutes late.The massage was rushed and nothing like the quality we used to receive.
