I was prepared to buy a refurbished spa from them. But, they convinced me that the one I had could be fixed (by them). This saved me thousands of dollars. They showed up 3 days later to my home in Taylorsville, KY and got me all fixed up. Most other businesses would have just taken the larger sale. They were on time and a pleasure to work with . Victor and Ashlie were both incredibly helpful—professional, responsive, and great at keeping me informed throughout. Delivery of the new hot tub and removal of my old one were included in the price, which made everything super convenient. The hot tub looks and works like new.
