We have always received excellent service from Mike- he is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and responsive. We had a bit of a headscratcher problem with our spa recently, and his diagnosis and recommendations were spot on!
We just had Mike come out and start up our spa. We love using the Spas Shop. Mike was thorough and professional and had our spa up and running in no time. Will use again and will recommend to family and friends.
