We have been planning a destination wedding in Lake Placid. Where we are staying was able to give us Shaunas name and number because she was highly recommended. We called the salon and we were on the phone for 43 minutes give or take a minute and the receptionist whom was unable to answer any of our concerns or questions. My mom, sister and I had the most wonderful experience with Shauna this weekend. It was my mom's 60th birthday and I booked facials for all of us for the day. Shauna took such great care of each of us, personalizing the facial to our needs, adding massage, even helping my mom and sister touch up their hair because we were celebrating afterwards. Shauna is amazing!! I have very acne-prone skin and struggle with scarring and redness. The plant peel left my skin smooth for the first time since, I can't even remember when, and calmed my complexion so I was left with no redness and a really beautiful glow. Shauna also detoxed my curls - they can finally breathe again! She cleared away all the product buildup and put a conditioning treatment in that gave my shine back. The absolute best haircut I’ve very had!! Shauna is capable of working magic 👏 I went in with thick, dull, overgrown postpartum hair and came out feeling like a human being again. From front to back every part of my experience here was incredible. Every person I interacted with was beyond professional and kind. Nikki (sorry If I misspelled:)) did an amazing job on my hair. I don't think I have a reason to go anywhere else
