Worst service ever. So unprofessional did not soak hands in water and started to remove cuticle which was obvious it will bleed without getting them soft by soaking and then no scrubbing at all didn’t even ask to turn on the massage chair or curtesy to ask for water or anything. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Waste of money and time.
2nd time going to Spa Rose Nails I will now ONLY go here. I discovered this nail salon while looking for a place to repair 2 severely broken nails and fix what another salon has botched Alex was meticulous in supporting the broken nails, fixing them so they would not break and styled them the way I wanted. After fixing my nails, cleaning my cuticles, slaying the polish, and a hand/wrist massage, I walked out of there confidently and LOVING my nails.
