First timer to this sauna unlikely to return, front desk person immediately announced the price and handed me a robe and keys explained nothing very informal greeting. Upon entering you take off your shoes and head over to the lockers. Floors are a bit slippery to people coming out of the sauna room expected. Hot tub and cold plunge are big enough for 6 people but in reality it's big enough for 4 so no one is awkwardly touching each other.
