This was my fourth time at Spa Ritual and it is great every time. I look forward to each appointment. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. The amenities are always clean. My massage service has been great each time. Highly recommend for a full spa day!
I had a custom facial with Giselle the other day and it was the best facial I have ever had. She explained what she was using pretty well and afterwards my skin was truly glowing. I let her know my concerns (acne and dark under eye circles) and she helped get them under control. I had went in with DARK under eye circles and puffiness and when I came out they were far less noticeable. I have had a facial with the brand before, but my skin was nowhere near like this.
