If I could rate it lower I would. I booked an appointment online same day before the spa opened for the day. The appointment I booked online was confirmed for 4pm that day. I work 11p-7a so I then went to sleep. I woke up at 1:30. I had received a text and vm from them. It said call about appointment. I called. The receptionist said I should have called earlier because they cancelled my confirmed appointment and rescheduled it with someone else. Rose
I love Spa Retreat they treat you like royalty. I would recommend them to anyone. I have gone to them for years. Facials, massages are magnificent. Spoil yourself and go you will love it.
Sign up for their emails they offer highly discounted last minute specials. DO NOT buy any groupon type deals, they are not as good as their specials.
