The company had sketchy practices. I received a gift certificate value 50.00 for back message. There was no expectation on it so I asked policy before booking it. I was told that it was only good for 2 years even though no expiration date listed. She was nice to extend it 30 days. I was informed that the certificate qualified me for a few different options but I stuck with upper back message. I booked it a few days later. If I could rate it lower I would. I booked an appointment online same day before the spa opened for the day. The appointment I booked online was confirmed for 4pm that day. I work 11p-7a so I then went to sleep. I woke up at 1:30. I had received a text and vm from them. It said call about appointment. I called. The receptionist said I should have called earlier because they cancelled my confirmed appointment and rescheduled it with someone else. Rose
