Outstanding service (and knowledge) from Jamie. I knew my pump needed replacing and thought about doing it myself… lucky I didn’t. Not only did he replace the pump, he corrected the work from a previous technician which likely caused the pump failure (which I wouldn’t have known from my YouTube videos ). I strongly recommend his service. Thanks again mate!!

Great service and jamie is a very nice person
Very helpful and saved me time and money. He diagnosed the issue over the phone with pics and texts, unfortunately my spa components are so old they’re obsolete so there was no reason for him to visit, he didn’t try an unnecessary upsell or home visit. Just honest direct advice in my interest.
I sent Jamie a text on the Tuesday I got a prompt reply. My Text included details of my spa model number so forth, helps Jamie bring the parts he needs to fix the problem first time.👍🏻 Next Day Jamie was here as promised.
