Over and above service from Jamie - diagnosed and showed us the pump issue very quickly, gave us options with no sales pressure and fitted in our pump replacement the day after it arrived, despite having an already busy day. Great handover explaining how the smart pump worked. Highly recommend!
We had James attend to our Spa today and what a professional he is! Within no time he identified the problem with our leaking pump, showed us the motor that was at fault and replaced everything very efficiently, quickly and to our 100% satisfaction. His advice / tips on running and servicing the Spa was so valuable and very much appreciated. We can highly recommend them.

Talk about service! Our spa had a leak. This bloke sourced the parts and had the job sorted within the week. Highly knowledgable on all things spas and very very informative. We have saved his details and will be making contact again when the time comes to refit-out our spa with upgraded components thanks to his advice.
