I bought a Hot Tub from this same guy Knudson at Spa Recyclers. He not only delivered the tub at his own convenience and when I wasnt home but badly damaged my new deck in the process. When I complained he got angry and said the damage wasn't his responsibility - maybe I should have bought a decking material that wouldn't scratch. When I decided to return the tub that's when he really got angry - even to the point of name calling and threats to "go off" on me. I am going to defend myself on this matter and Professor77s concerns. Spa Recyclers is a ONE man show and with that comes a price. I have to rely on other people to compensate for my lack of arms and sheer brute strength.For us to have a great product at a great price, we have to be flexible with other people. We ask that our customers extend to us the same courtesy. I bought a used spa last summer it took 2 months to deliver another month to fix the electical problem, promised to install the electrical service, I gaive up and hired someone else, another month to fix the broken baffle, that was nearly 4 months before we could use it. And to top it all off almost a year later still dont have the ionizer or a refund for the extra we paid to get one. Story is he is always to busy.
