The girl who did my massage cut me multiple times with her nails, I feel like for how expensive these massagers are they should at least cut their nails before they give a massage. I still have scratches all over my back 3 days later. Atmosphere is gorgeous and other than the nails I have no complaints, I wish my back wasn't all scraped up
