The girl who did my massage cut me multiple times with her nails, I feel like for how expensive these massagers are they should at least cut their nails before they give a massage. I still have scratches all over my back 3 days later. Atmosphere is gorgeous and other than the nails I have no complaints, I wish my back wasn't all scraped up

I was gifted a Groupon for a facial, from the beginning when calling to schedule it seems unorganized - or maybe like the staff was inexperienced or new? I’m local, but don’t frequent Lake Las Vegas so I called 15 min before my appt to get more detailed directions/location info. No answer. I got to the Hilton early and tried calling again, no answer.
