I was gifted a Groupon for a facial, from the beginning when calling to schedule it seems unorganized - or maybe like the staff was inexperienced or new? It's a real shame what has happened to this place; used to be a favorite. The massages will be hit and miss like usual, based on your masuese. My wife and I both had very nice swedish massages recently that had better pressure than we expected. No complaints on the massages and the price of the Groupon. The Groupon makes this place still a value for the massages if you get a good one. That said, the beautiful facility is in disrepair and has been that way for what seems like years. Staff was extremely rude
Stayed here for my birthday. It was eerily empty throughout the entire resort. Went and had a massage and they refused to give me the mimosa. No idea why. They just said it’s because I didn’t have the Groupon? I’m a paying costumer at the resort and I don’t get a mimosa? So weird. The massage itself was “okay” but rushed. The spa (healing waters) was under construction and empty. Could only use the sauna room which had no coals. And the steam room which was fine. But very disappointing experience truthfully.
