Amazing experience, from the front desk to Pauline (massage therapist) . Pauline was sweet , listen and went above and beyond with the 50 minute massage. Would highly recommend the spa experience.
The spot really is not that great. There are other places to go where the experience is much better. It seems like nobody at the entire hotel like their jobs or are friendly with even a sense of positivity or an even a smile. Upon entering where the spa is located, it is actually a sweaty gym and very tiny with a little desk that the spa attendant is at. Audrey does not seem to really love her job either. I treated myself to a trip to Ft. Lauderdale for my birthday. I stayed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort (where the spa is located) and booked a massage, facial, and body scrub. The services were outstanding! Erika did all three treatments and she was ahhhhmazing! Audrey at the front desk was so welcoming and started and ended my experience with excellent customer service.
