Shirelle was a fantastic massage therapist! I have had many massages over the last 15 years and I appreciated her unique techniques and I felt great afterwords. One of the best I’ve had and I would highly recommend and intend on requesting her again when I return. Many thanks!
I love massages and I have gotten many throughout the last few years so I know what good service and a good massage is. Firstly the spa was very clean which I love. I am a clean freak and they make sure to upkeep with everything very well. They give you a locker so you can keep your belongings in during the massage and there is also a steam room you can enter after the service is complete. Amazing experience, from the front desk to Pauline (massage therapist) . Pauline was sweet , listen and went above and beyond with the 50 minute massage. Would highly recommend the spa experience.
The spot really is not that great. There are other places to go where the experience is much better. It seems like nobody at the entire hotel like their jobs or are friendly with even a sense of positivity or an even a smile. Upon entering where the spa is located, it is actually a sweaty gym and very tiny with a little desk that the spa attendant is at. Audrey does not seem to really love her job either.
