Got company info from a social media referral. Had an error code on jacuzzi from a blown pump. From the first call I knew they were professional! Misty the phone rep was great and tried to save me some money by troubleshooting issue to see if I can fix myself. That was really appreciated. Justin, the senior tech was great. He was very knowledgeable and an all around great guy. Fixed the pump and gave me some great tips on maintenance. Plus they dont charge hourly!
I was very pleased with Spa Pros. They arrived within the window, they promised. They were very honest and did not try to sell me on something I didn’t need. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained things to me clearly. They offered advice on how to keep the chemicals in the water properly balanced. I would definitely recommend them for your Spa.
Justin from Spa pros serviced my Spa today. I had an issue with the display not working. In all honesty, he could’ve easily told me that it was anything and I would’ve believed him. But he fixed the problem within 10 minutes, and was completely honest about what he did. It was so refreshing to know that not only was he capable, but honest as well. If I could give more stars to Spa pros I would! They’re a great company to deal with.
