I highly recommend Spa Pros. Misty and Justin are very professional. They understood the problem and gave me options over the phone and book appointment They showed up on time and did really great work. Brought my old spa back to life at a very reasonable price A+++++++++++++++
The Technician (Justin) was here on time, within the given window. Very helpful and informative. He had the part I needed in his truck and my Swim Spa was up and running when he left.
I'm so glad I called these guys. Misty was very clear & helpful about scheduling a convenient time to meet with Justin. No more hot tub anxiety. Justin found the source of the leak immediately with no problem or complications. He showed me what was going on & encouraged me to take pictures for my personal records. Justin was professional, efficient & fair about the service fee. I feel a big weight lifted off my shoulders & happy I can enjoy my hot tub again thanks to Spa Pros.
