Justin is highly experienced and consequently most competent. Generous with time, he provided incredible value carefully explaining the leak issue. Additionally he was the type of person who suggested an approach that would cost me less and not benefit Spa Pros. I have an older hot tub and my prior service provider no longer will service it. I had an emergency detail scheduled and they had a tech named Andrew come out and he did such a great job. Felt like he knew what he was doing. Will definitely set up service with them again.

I searched for someone to be able to fix my Life Spa since they are now out of business. Called and emailed so many people and no one did above ground Life Spas. Found Spa Pros and had a fantastic experience. Justin was super knowledgeable, professional, personable, and made sure I knew the entire process. Very thorough! Highly recommend. 10 out of 10.
