Even know the technician cannot fix my Jacuzzi because it was beyond repair. He was very nice and very knowledgeable and he suggested that I just get rid of the Jacuzzi which he was right but very friendly very good very professional thank you guys.
Spoke to someone named Misty , she was so very polite and knowledgeable about my particular situation. Even after we discovered they didn’t service my area. Thank you Misty we need a few more of you and this world would be a better place.
Spa Pros was reasonable in cost and over the top with a professional solution for my spa repair - Justin is the best And incredibly knowledgeable in the world of spas !
Spa Pros was absolutely fantastic! Justin quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done, and got my spa back up and running perfectly. The team was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. It is refreshing to work with a company that delivers exactly what they promise. I highly recommend Spa Pros to anyone who needs reliable, high-quality spa service!
I have used these guys for years and am always happy!
