We bought our spa 10 years ago and have had nothing but great service from Monte and his team. He is always so helpful with maintenance questions and makes sure you get the best deal on parts and supplies, even if that means buying them elsewhere. Our Sundance Optima is still working great after 10 years!

Monty was super helpful in answering my questions about maintaining a hot tub I just acquired with my new home. He didn't over sell me on anything and just gave me the info and products I needed to keep my tub running great for years to come.
We bought a Jacuzzi from Spa palace many moons ago. Over the years, Don has been nothing short of amazing with service calls and repairs. Yesterday he replaced the motherboard (original showed 08/2002 manufacturing date) and circulation pump. His attention to detail is incredible! He is always trying to help us save money on repairs, and never tries to push unnecessary work. I very highly recommend Spa Palace for a new hot tub or service!!!
