Monty and his team go the extra mile for their customers. Then they go another mile after that. Then a few more. Incredible service after sale. Two thumbs and five stars, all gold. Thanks Monty and Don!
Service after purchase is excellent, well trained, courteous and fast to respond. We have been working with Spa Palace Hot Tubs in Fort Collins since 2006 and always appreciate their fast response.
Our Jacuzzi spa tube was just delivered and operational Monty, the owner was so helpful and made our decision to purchase an easy one. All our questions were answered and follow-up phone calls after delivery helped our first time use so enjoyable.
Don did a great job installing our waterfall. Very polite and knows his job well. John Perkins
