I purchased a Groupon for Acrylic pink and white nail tips for Spa On the River. From the beginning of the service it was evident that the nail tech was inexperienced. The owner came over to assure us they were all professionals. Immediately after the service the pink looked more of a gray color. 6 days later many of the tips split down the middle and peeled off while others had water trapped underneath. 100% dissatisfied. I contacted the owner by phone and email, nothing was done. Will not go back!
From the decore, staff, to the service, everything and everyone was amazing!! I really enjoy coming here and can't wait for these nails to grow out so that I can have a reason to go back!!! ??
Best Spa Ever – My Mom my self & my niece went to Spa On The River we had a EXCELLENT time . We all greeted by everyone with warm and professorial manners. If you are looking for a place to relax and have that "ME TIME" with some home felling this is defiantly the place. Judy and all of her staff were wonderful. Thank you all Kimberly France
Best tanning in Onondaga County – I have been an avid spa afficianado for 30 years. The staff at Spa on the River, and the quality of service by far exceeds any spa experience I have had anywhere. If you haven't been there, you have no idea what you are missing! This is a "must go". Theresa Fravel

love the place – I enjoyed how much my daughter and I were treated with kindness and consideration by the staff and owner of this location, I can not believe how much they ensured we were happy with our services, even giving both of us extra on the Massages when they were running a little late. You don't see service like this anymore. YOU MUST GO!
Fantastic Place – Me and my 4 girlfriends needed a place to relax and enjoy our time together as friends, and this place was it. I loved the staff and enjoyed how funny and caring each person was on us who preformed services. It was so much fun and the place is huge. It's a must go!
where are people's manners – when I go to a spa, I do not want to know about their sex life, nor how they engage in those activities, I am there to relax and get a pedicure, not hear about their evening delights.
