I love the Spa! Tiffiany Ward is the best hair professional ever. Color and cut and advice has been spot on and keeps my hair on point! And Julie....the best aesthetician ever. My lashes and brows are amazing. I always feel special and beautiful when I am there!
My husband booked me a surprise spa day after having my 2nd child. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the services were amazing! I got a 30 min massage by lisa and a facial by Carol! I will be going back!
Luxurious feel that i miss now that the Red Door is closed at Cross Keys. I have gotten the best haircuts and color at SOTB. The staff is courteous and attentive. I do find it extremely annoying that when i call the Spa i can hear personal conversations of the staff in the background. Moreover, when i call w a question the response is accompanied with a giggle or laugh. Neither sound professional.
Wonderful place I would highly recommend
This company is horrible and so are the stylists. They do not stand behind their work nor do they have any standards or professionalism. I had to get a full color correction and dye my hair completely black after seeing Lindsay. I asked for face frame balayage (cool brown) and I ended up with a hot mess. They wouldn't give me my money back for this hack job and were very unprofessional at handling my complaint. i went here for a last minute massage. kacie was amazing. the best massage hands down. i never leave reviews or go back to the same place but i will make the drive every month for this place.
Great staff. Spotless facility. Amazing pedicure. Andrea is great. My husband is sold on this salon.
