Brilliant customer service. I called up needing an emergency delivery with a 5 month old baby in the house with no heating and Jon was amazing at getting it sorted for us. Couldn’t have hoped for a better service!

I received quite a low level of customer service while on the phone, being new to using oil, you sometimes learn as you go. When trying to find some details for my oil tank, he hung up and would not answer the phone after I tried ringing again 5 times. So instead I’ve gone to Penshurst Fuels, a lovely lady who answered and sorted me out.
A great local supplier. Fair prices, always reliable. Have on multiple bad weather occasions gone above and beyond to supply heating oil. Highly recommend this business
