Friendly staff. Clean showers, love all the different faucet angles inside the showers. The jacuzzi was really nice and all jets working well. Clean throughout. The older lady that works inside cleaning and picking up is very nice and super friendly. There’s so many different towels in sizes to choice from..There’s lockers, clean bathrooms Changing rooms. The gym and steam room were great. Spa was clean, well stocked and relaxed. My masseuse was okay, definitely wouldn't classify it as deep tissue. My husband said his masseur was great. I would go back and probably request a different masseuse. I would love to make steam rooms a more frequent part of my routine.

I just visited spa of the pines for my first ever massage and it was a mother to be massage. My masseuse, Laurie, was amazing, kind, and so easy to talk to. She worked through all of my points of tension and listened when I explained that my job has given me what will turn into carpal tunnel, she immediately started working my arms and wrists and got out bad knots. I feel so much better after my massage!

The Spa of the Pines is an entire studio and all encompassing area on the first floor in the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa hotel - Autograph Edition. The spa is a true full spa, which has an entire fitness center, a salon, a yoga/workout room, and an entire treatment plan for almost anything you can imagine to make you fit/healthy/beautiful. The people are friendly and the fitness studio is packed which workout equipment. All clean and well cared for. There was plenty of room for everyone to workout without being on top of each other. I was on vacation with my family and had no problems getting a couple workouts in first thing waking up. We look forward to experiencing the spa in the coming months.
