Spa Oasis in Naperville is truly a hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels incredibly tranquil, relaxing, and private. I truly appreciated how warm and welcoming everyone was here. The staff were polite, patient, and always smiling, which made a big difference. They took the time to explain things and made sure I felt comfortable the entire visit. The therapist checked in with me and adjusted as needed, which I really liked. The positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. This kind of friendly service is what keeps customers coming back.
I came in for a quick massage and ended up booking my next appointment on the spot, that's how good it was.
I went to spa oasis today and my masseuse was nice but when she start doing the massage she asked if I wanted coconut oil or regular but saying the regular is $3 and the coconut oil is $10 but don’t regular come with it? And also she asked if I wanted medium or hard press and I said it didn’t matter and she proceeds to tell me it’s $14 more dollars for medium and $17.50 for hard… and then when I was paying my massage was $70 I told her I $5 tip she did not give my change until I upped my tip. Don’t go here.
