Had a great experience here. Had one of the best facials in my life. Customer service was immaculate.
Will not be returning here. I thought this place would be a true spa since they were affiliated with Nordstrom and seemed to offer a lot of amenities, I couldn’t have been more wrong. It was basically an old converted storage closet for the department store and my mani pedi took place in the equivalent of a hospital room guest chair in a small closet.
