I do NOT recommend Spa Noel. I got a wax last week and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. First of all, the price I was quoted is vastly different from her pricing list on the website. This wasn't a big deal at first because I understand it's a tough economy right now, and I assumed that price was likely outdated. However, combined with my experience it's just adds more salt to the wound. One of the first things she told me was that if the hair was too long she wouldn't be able to wax me...?
