Bought a gift voucher for Mother’s Day from Skin Nirvana and despite being the same business (just rebranded), won’t honour the voucher.
Disappointing. In May 2024, my children bought me a Mother’s Day package from Skin & Spa Nirvana for $149.00. In March 2025 I tried to use the order/voucher and received an email stating that all bookings and enquiries would be transferred to a different business and that Mal & Dee were rebranding and opening a new clinic Eliixa in Moonee Ponds. I get laser done at Eliixa by Dee. Dee is honestly incredible. For someone who has been avoiding laser for years, Dee always makes me feel so comfortable. Amazing and fast results. Highly recommend!
